Only people over 18 years old have the right to make a transaction (purchase) on the website. Disruption in the internet service or any reason that causes the purchase process not be completed does not cause the loss of the user’s right, and if an amount has been deducted from the user’s account, it will be refunded to him through the bank.
During the diet, users can ask questions related to their meal plan with support in the form of voice and ticket, and nutrition experts will answer their questions in the shortest possible time.
According to the purchased package, users can, if needed, request a phone call (under the title of call reservation) from nutrition experts. The full responsibility of receiving the diet with the above conditions is the responsibility of the user.
Taravat_Behandm_Parsian Institute is not responseble for the diseases of the users, and the user must have permission to receive the diet from his specialist doctor and, if necessary, talks about his diseases through communication channels with the experts.
Working day means Saturday to Friday. Saturday every week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding public and official holidays in Iran, and all requests registered during working days and the first day after the holiday are processed.
All orders registered in the institute’s database has been achieved through administrative and financial management, and Taravat_Behandm_Parsian Institute always gives its utmost care and effort in providing services and sending products.
Taravat_Behandm_Parsian Institute is allowed to stop the order without prior notice. The right to stop selling all or part of the services or products for any reason, such as running out of stock without prior notice, is reserved for Taravat_Behandm_Parsian. During receiving the diet, the user will only be in contact with experts approved by Dr. Kermani.
Responsibilities of the user
The user must be diligent in maintaining his information and keep information such as username, contact information and passwords confidential. If there is a problem due to the simultaneous use of the user account or its transfer to another, all the responsibilities are on the user and Taravat_Behandm_Parsian Institute has no responsibility.
